In expressing the universally recognized sentiment of TGIF, today I’m sharing my very first post for paid subscribers only. After just one month on Substack, I am inspired and excited about the promise of a better online experience, and I am happy to be presenting my songs in what feels to be a more patient and thoughtful ecosystem for ideas and artistic expression.
Throughout my years releasing music via more traditional channels, I’ve always felt a need to close the gap between my limited release catalog and my actual creative output. I am already loving the experience of sharing works-in-progress here, and I’ll now begin taking the admittedly way more intimidating leap into sharing bi-monthly, brand new songs, hot off the press.
